Daytime babysitter in crodon south

Hello everyone

I am looking for a babysitter for a 21 month boy, based in croydon south

Currently looking at Thursday and Friday 9-5:30pm, however we are flexible with days of the week. But has to be two consecutive days

No house work is required, however prepare and clean afer meal is required.

Walter usually nap for minimium two hours a day, please quote us for the day rate. Negotiable depends on experience and ability to teach

We have a 33kg sheepdoodle at home grew up with Walter. Super friendly but yes he is big.

About us, we are young couple at our early 30s, first time parent. Both working full time while my Partner Helen mostly work from home.

Walter started CC in December 2024. Prior to that, my mum has been tacking care of Walter during day time since he was borned, we live under the same roof, and Walter co - sleep with us every night. For some reason, Walter has struggle to settle into his CC which is currently attending two days per week. Educator has found him generally upset on most of the days. So we deciding to drop off two days of CC and having a nanny instead.

We have a planned leave from 12 April to 4th May which we will be overseas. So we would like to officially start the care week commencing 4th May.

Prior to that from now until 12th April

We will review all candidates information and reach out to people we would like to connect on this platform. If you are interested please send us your resume, or most recent care expereicne( in terms of how long was the child in your care for, how oftern do you provide care per week and etc) Finally we would like to have two most recent references

We would like then tk select three candidates for a trial shift of 4 hours( this includes 3.5 hours at our place + 0.5 hours to answer a questionaire afterwards (through email) which aim to provide your feedback/ observations)

You will be paid $110 total for the 3.5 hour+ 0.5 hour

We will then go with one candidate and would like you to commit one day per week prior to 12th April. We will then discuss your pay rate/ day rate.

Once we come back from our leave. We are happy to lock it in for at least 6 months.
