Meet Luella: A nanny and babysitter in Double Bay, NSW

Originally i’m from Byron bay, but recently moved to Sydney to experience something different. I’m a dedicated and passionate individual with a commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children. With a solid foundation in disability work, I bring understanding and patience to each interaction, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment. I’m experienced in adapting activities to accomodate for a diverse range of needs - I prioritise safety, communication, respect, and of course, fun!

I’m committed to open communication with parents in order to understand their needs and preferences and I aim to create a trusting relationship built on reliability and professionalism.

I currently work in the disability sector, and am hoping to transition into a childcare career. I have experience working with a few young children and teenagers through my work at different companies.
