Hi, I'm Jacqui, a dedicated and compassionate childcare professional with a strong background in social work, youth support, and early childhood education. With more than 5 years of experience working with children and young people in various settings, I bring a nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach to caregiving.

I have worked as an English Kindergarten Teacher in Taiwan, where I taught and cared for young children, fostering their learning and development through play-based activities. My time in this role earned me the 'Excellent Teacher Award' in 2021, reflecting my commitment to creating a safe and engaging environment for children to thrive. I also have experience with supporting young people as a Residential Support Worker at a youth refuge, and as a Youth Out of Home Care Support Worker. These roles have strengthened my ability to provide emotional support, structure, and care to children and adolescents, especially those with complex needs.

I am certified in First Aid & CPR (Aug 2023), have a current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and hold a Victorian Driver's License.
