Meet LISA: A nanny and babysitter in Woolooware, NSW

My name is Lisa, I am 55 years young, married for 29 years (to my high school sweetheart!) with 4 great kids living in Woolooware Bay and would love to tell you a little about myself, background and experience My children are aged 28 years, 26 years, 24 years and 21years. I have lived in the “Sutherland Shire” all my life and passionately follow the Cronulla sharks! I am a committed Christian and have been a parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima Parish, Caringbah for most of my life. I have been very fortunate to be a stay-at-home mum for nearly 28 years now so I have been very hands-on in the raising of my children and the maintenance of my home. I am a very maternal, natural mother and caregiver, I have a fun, kind and patient nature and a genuine love for children and my home.

During this time, I worked as a volunteer at my children’s school, pre-school and kindergarten participating in activities such as reading skills, computer skills, comprehension activities, maths skills, art/craft days, sports days and field trips/excursions. From 2008 to 2010 I worked as a nanny/babysitter on a casual basis for many families within the Sutherland Shire area. I have held many nanny positions, all of which I really enjoyed. I have excellent references for some of these positions available upon request. All of the positions I have undertaken have involved sole childcare, meal preparation/feeding, bedtime routines, playtime/art/craft/reading activities, daily excursions, normal household duties, (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, general tidy-up), laundry, grocery shopping, bed linen changing, cooking and bathrooms. I have also worked as a volunteer on the school canteen at all my children's schools on a monthly basis. My most recent position was as a Housekeeper/Cleaner/Cook for a family in Yowie Bay, 2 days per week. I was employed in this role for nearly 3 years. This family live in a 3 level, waterfront home, needless to say, it was a big job, I had an excellent working relationship with this family and it is a role I thoroughly enjoyed.
