Meet Chloe: A nanny and babysitter in Hawthorn, VIC

Hi! My name is Chloe, I'm 22 years old and I am in my 3rd year working as an early childhood educator. I work 4 days a week at my centre and would love to branch out and lend a helping hand to families while still supporting children to grow in a safe, warm and nurturing environment. I have completed my cert 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care, and will commence my bachelor of Early Childhood Education in July 2025. I hold a current first aid certificate (asthma and anaphylactics) and CPR training. In my current role, I have been entrusted as a “responsible person,” a position that involves overseeing the overall operation of the campus and ensuring the safety and well-being of both children and staff in the absence of the Campus Director. This responsibility has allowed me to develop strong leadership skills, effective communication strategies, and the ability to manage complex situations with confidence and care. I am deeply passionate about fostering children’s growth and development while providing a nurturing environment and building trusting relationships with both children and families. I understand the importance of creating a space where children feel safe and valued.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends, going to the gym and being creative. I unfortunately do not have a drivers license but happy to use public transport if needed!
