Part time nanny job

Hello, my husband and I are looking for someone to take care of our daughter from mid Jan when I return back to work. She will be 23 months old at that point. I have a flexible working arrangement and I will need help with my baby Mon-Fri for 2-3 hours per day from around 9:30-12:30. I will be mostly working from home and the idea is to use that time for meetings and focus. I have a designated work space outside of living room where my daughter usually spends most of her time when she is at home.
